An easy to use proxy tool. Works great, but very slow.

HTTPort will run as a local proxy on your PC. In your browser, ftp software, icq, msn, yahoo messenger, IRC etc. you have to enter the IP 127.0.0.1 as a socks 4 proxy with the port 1080. Then just start the HTTPort application and begin surfing. Its very slow, but it works. You are also anonymous. At my test, I surfed with the IP: uslec-66-255-66-3.cust.uslec.net
